This requirement for contractor timberland project and have funding project can working together
Till finished (Cuci Mangkuk)
Must compulsory the contactor have funding 2Milllion MYR for this project
Ratio percentage
70% for owner land company
30% for timberland contractor (must have fund 2M MYR)
Needed contractor in peninsula Malaysian only
I needed directly with timberland contractor only because I am directly with owner land
Timberland contractor from Borneo not allowed
Long chain intermediaries not allowed
LOCATION : 🇲🇾 SARAWAK area in LONG SUKANG LAWAS
AREA : ABOUT 9,600 ACRES (3,886 HACTRESS MORE OR LESS)
DEV AREA : ABOUT 90% OF TOTAL AREA

PROP PLANT : ANY TYPE OF COMMERCIAL CROP

Estimated log : 15 mt per acre (as estimate by forestry department)
Total log : 7,680 acres x 15 mt = 115,200 mt
*Total log value : 115,200 mt x RM 500(Net Average log value)*
*= RM 57,600,000.00*
