bilakah kali terakhir anda menyemak kadar interest pinjaman perumahan anda?

ramai diantara anda yg mungkin telah mempunyai kadar interest sekitar 5% hingga 7%. jadi mengapa tidak anda refinance?

tahukah anda, AIA insurance mempunyai Housing Loan departemnt yg menawarkan pinjaman perumahan pada kadar tetap 4.25%?

mengapa pilih AIA?
.*kadar faedah yang tetap.
*tiada minimum prepayment. bermakna, lagi cepat anda bayar lagi kurang interest yg dibayar.
* tiada lock in period untuk jual semula atau full settlement.
*tempoh pinjaman 35tahun atau sehingga umur 70tahun.
